The nice thing about finding a major Halloween event is that it's a chance for children to truly indulge in Halloween. In this era of rules and fears, kids hardly get a chance to trick or treat in their own neighborhoods anymore. Many Halloween activities have become very sanitized in the past decade, with kids trick or treating at shopping malls or out of car trunks at church parking lots.
