If you're hosting a children's Halloween party, you'll want to provide an assortment of easy, creative, inexpensive treats for the kids- with little baking or hassle.

Here are some great ideas for some spooktacular Halloween food for your children's party!

A good way to start is to visit the Wilton cake decorating area of your nearby craft store- they usually have Halloween shaped cake or muffin pans and candy Halloween decorations to add to the following treats. They even have Halloween cookie stencils so your party food may be as easy as popping slice-and-bake sugar cookies in the oven and adding some orange sugar!

Kids Halloween Food: Worms in Dirt

You'll need clear plastic cups, orange or green Jello, gummy worms and crumbled Oreo cookies. You can refrigerate the Jello right in the cups- place a gummy worm in the bottom of the cup before refrigerating. When the Jello sets, place a layer of crumbled cookies on the top and place a few gummy worms 'crawling' out of the 'dirt.' Kids love this easy Halloween party treat! You can even add a (dollop of whipped cream) ghost on top with mini chocolate chips for eyes!
