Here are two fun games to play with a group of kids or adults. These zany, familiy-friendly games celebrate this spooky holiday and are easy to explain and play!

How to Play this Halloween Game: Trick or Treat

Have participants stand in a circle, with one player being in the center of the circle. The player in the center of the circle will start the game. This player will go up to another player in the circle. The player in the middle will say “Trick or treat.” The player in the circle will respond “Trick please,” without smiling or laughing. The player in the middle will try and do a “trick”, something funny, to make the player in the circle smile or laugh. If the person in the circle laughs or smiles, they will become the person in the middle, and the person in the middle will join the players in the circle. If the person in the circle does not smile after the person in the middle of the circle does their “trick”, then the person in the center of the circle moves on to another player and the process starts all over again. Other players who are not being addressed by the person in the middle of the circle are allowed to laugh at the player in the centers “trick”.
